My name is Penny!

Penny is a 1.5 yr old Boxer/Poodle mix. She came to me from unfit living conditions where she was chained to a tree stump the majority of her life. Despite that, she is a happy and sweet pup. A fenced yard would be ideal as she has little recall currently. Loves dog parks but picks when she is ready to leave. She jumps when she is excited, but she is redirected easily and just needs more training as she has only been with me for a week and the prior owners did not teach her anything. She knows sit and shake, shows no aggression towards any of the dogs she has met. Unknown around cats and small dogs. She has met kids 5 and up and has done just fine. Has had no accidents inside and crates at night. She really just needs somebody to give her a shot at becoming a dog again. If you have the time and patience to help her have a great life.
