My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Teddy is an energetic mixed breed puppy. We were gifted this puppy on November 2nd when he was about 12 weeks old. He will have received the entire course of puppy shots by mid-December, 2024. He is current on flea/tick medication. He has no known health issues. He is highly motivated by touch/physical contact and actually prefers it to food. He loves to play, interact, retrieve, i.e. anything active. He is very loving and loveable, though somewhat timid at this stage in his development! He is largely potty-trained and making good progress with come and sit. We would like to keep him, but as senior citizens, we are concerned that it is not fair for a high-energy dog to have low-energy owners. Desirable characteristics in future owners would include; physically active lifestyle, being available to the dog throughout the day for active play, housing that enabled the dog to exit to void as needed, opportunities for the dog to interact with people and other dogs.
