My name is Lime!

Lime is such a sweet girl! I am heartbroken to be unable to keep her in our home after fostering her through health concerns (fit as a fiddle now) and officially adopting her in August. She got along well initially with my 3 year old pitty and held her own with play time and they absolutely matched energy levels. Unfortunately, its become clear that the pair of pups are not a good fit. I believe Lime would thrive in a home as the only dog, or in a home equipped to afford professional support to acclimate Lime into a home with another animal. She loves to cuddle and be right on top of you but also has so much energy and can play all day long. While she didn't have experience with cats while with me, she was great with any and all guests that came into my home and didn't showcase any particular interest in chasing birds/squirrels outside. I think Lime would be a great addition to any household with empathy for a sometimes anxious girl. She's very tough and sassy in the sweetest way!
