My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Stitch is a 5 year old, 30 lb male French Bulldog mix up to date vaccines. We adopted him from a shelter. He has mild separation anxiety and visible trauma such as burn marks, scar on his lip, tattoo on his belly, and a permanent hobble due to abuse before being rescued. Healthy, his hobble is not debilitating. He loves to run outdoors. Despite his past trauma he is as sweet as pie! He will go to the door when he has to go potty but he is not fully potty trained. He understands a few basic commands and is a velcro dog. He is an excellent car rider, plays well others, good on a leash and does not get easily distracted by animals and people while on walks.

Unfortunately, our elder frenchie whom we have had for years isn’t a match with Stitch. It is our desire to place him in a loving, safe home where he can thrive and receive additional training. An ideal home would be one where he is not left alone for long stints, has a dog companion, free roam the majority of the time, and a yard.
