My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I'M GRAYSON, a sweet 6-year-old small blue & white Pit Bull Terrier, and I need a foster or forever home for the holidays! I weigh only 45 to 50 lbs. I love people and do well with some dogs. About two years ago I was diagnosed with a double hip dysplasia, but I'm doing great now. I'm simply on inexpensive over-the-counter supplements and I feel good! Now and then I can be a bit touchy on my back hips, but otherwise I'm a normal dog. I am starved for human affection, and I love to go on car rides, walks and other outings. I would do best in a quiet adult-only home with a single person or couple. I keep getting passed by and am sad that I'm not in a home. Can you foster or adopt me? Please email for an application.

More about this rescue

Freedom Ride Rescue Inc. is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit rescue organization that saves hundreds of dogs and cats annually. We are an all-breed rescue, and do not shy away from tough cases. We believe all animals deserve a chance at a happy life, and we do our best to match people with their new pets. Every time a dog is adopted, it makes room for another needy dog, most often in an overcrowded shelter.

We adopt dogs/cats to people on the West Coast but also to other states as well, as we believe that animal lovers are everywhere! Please consider adopting one of our wonderful dogs or cats.
