My name is Winston!

Winston is a very loving and affectionate boy! He is currently 1.5 years old and I have had him since he was 5 months old. He is my best friend and this is the hardest decision I have had to make. I am getting ready to graduate college and move to Iowa for my job and I unfortunately feel it is best to rehome him.

Winston is not good with other random dogs and he has not been around any cats so we are unsure about that. He is selective in dogs, but we currently have another dog in the house with him and they get along really well! Winston is also very shy and can take a second to completely open up, but when he does he is extremely loving and protective. He has behavioral issues when he/his people are in uncomfortable situations and has separation anxiety from his people. He was professionally boarded and trained for 12 weeks this past year, giving him the resources of obedience and muzzle training to manage his reactivity. I would love to find him a home that understands reactivity.
