Daisy was an owner surrender. The family became pregnant and needed to move back in with family and didn’t have space for her. She was just spayed, and brought utd on all shots and chipped.
Daisy is a shih tzu doxie mix. She will require regular grooming. If adopted locally in Sioux City she does come with a year of free bathes from her groomer foster mom.
Daisy will need a patient home. She is very needy and clingy and will need a FULL three weeks to settle in. She can get anxious and nervous in a new environment until she settles down. She is good with other dogs but needs slow introductions at first. She was raised with kids but she would prefer and do do best in a home with no young kids. 12ish and over would be better for her.
She will bond with her human and want to be touching them at all times. She is crate trained, housebroken, walks well on a leash and rides well in a car.
She is young and needs some more confidence and basic training.
