My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please contact foster at david@keepintouchwith.us

She was fantastic on her staycation with me and is a very sweet, quiet girl who loves to be with you/people but is great with boundaries. Loves her walks and loves treats for training (sits very well), but looooves couch potato time just as much! Will play by herself with chewies or rope type toys for a bit, or a big stick if given one, but also loves a good nap, and prefers one at times.

Put a smile on everyone she walked past, and showed positive signs with adults, kids, and other dogs (even loud/agg ones), both from afar as well as in close quarters. We did not get a chance to test true interactions with kids or other dogs, but she showed really positive signs and friendly intent. If its raining, or when tired during a walk she may try to stop for a moment and go the other direction, but with brief positive encouragement she gets right back up and trots alongside you. A little harder to get her out if its already raining however. Overall a really great companion.

- Very sweet and affectionate
- Calm demeanor
- Lovely walking buddy; loves to match your pace once going, and checks in with you (harness style may work well)
- Likes to meet people and showed positive signs with kids and other dogs on walks
- Responds well and quickly to positive encouragement/correction
- Enjoys her couch potato time as much as her walks! Great little home office assistant
- Home/potty trained
- Loves to be with you, but great with boundaries
- Smart girl and should be very good at picking up new commands
- Really enjoys her head/belly scritches & cuddle time
- Positive association with crate
- Great on car rides and settles down quickly
