Cosmo is a very lucky dog who was mark. Euthanized at a West Tennessee shelter.

This boy was traumatized at the shelter and would not relate to people very much or the other dogs. It's a form of emotional shelter shock and so often the dogs are judged and then killed by shelter personnel if not perfect. Cosmo definitely has a joy for life And now he wears a smile because he escaped death. This handsome boy is three and a half years old and play fifty pounds. He loves to play fetch and to bring back the ball. He is being treated four heartworms and is on his way to being rid of those. He is pretty much housebroken and he doesn't mind a crate. He is shy in some new situations. But we are very sure he will be a social butterfly soon. Cosmo needs a home. He would love to have another dog play mate or even children. We are a group of dedicated rescue people who want to save as many dogs and cats from the local shelters before they are euthanized. On the average....there are only 1 out of 10 animals that get adopted from a shelter. We are dedicated to helping increase pet adoptions by offering a shelter animal a foster home to go to while awaiting an adoptive family to find them on our Petfinder website.
