My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️

Meet Bami💫

* Toward people: Bami likes people but has some fear of them. He’s shy at first but warms up over time, coming closer to sniff and even wagging his tail and jumping around to greet you when you return home. With more trust, he seems like he’ll become very affectionate.
* Toward dogs: Bami has done well with other dogs both in the shelter and the current foster's home. He’s playful and friendly with his dog companion, opening up once he feels comfortable.
*Separation Anxiety: Whether alone or with another dog, he rests well at home. He likes to explore the house, sniff around, and then calmly lie down to relax.
* Potty training: He has started pad training at his temporary home and is doing well with consistent practice. He doesn’t do any indoor marking.
*Hygiene: Bami has patient with baths, brushing, and having his back nails trimmed. He’s less comfortable with the hairdryer and having his front legs handled, so he’s undergoing desensitization training.
*Walking : He hasn’t been on walks yet due to trust-building efforts.
*Car sick : Bami rides in the car well with no signs of motion sickness.

💌Special Notice💌
Bami is particularly scared when hands move above his head. He needs to be approached gently in a calm environment, giving him time to open up. With daily progress, he becomes more comfortable staying near people, making eye contact, and wagging his tail.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

All our dogs fly from South Korea to the US when their adoptions are finalized so the adopters cannot go through "meet and greet."
But once applicants pass zoom interview, we will connect adopter to foster team for the most up to date news as well as photos and videos. The adopter can post any questions and can make video call as well.
Please hold our dog's hands so that they can forget about the painful past and live happily.

More about this rescue

ADOGS(Adopt Dogs), a non-profit organization, is an abandoned dog foster/adoption organization launched by an individual volunteer group that has rescued, fostered, adopted dogs since 2018.

We are conducting rescue, foster, adopt from South Korea rural shelter. We also rescue dogs irregularly from illegal dog farms or any other places that need help.
We rescue large and small dogs of all breeds, including dogs with special needs.

Although we can't save all abandoned dogs in the world, we are doing our best to the dogs in front of us so that their lives can be changed like any other pets.

In expanding our search for adoption leads, we’ve broadened our mission: To bring at-risk dogs across the Pacific to loving stateside families.

Due to limited demand for large-breed dogs in Korea, arranging for local adoption has proven almost impossible. Instead, we seek to bring these persecuted dogs to the United States where dogs have a higher chance for adoption and survival.
