Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
This girl isn’t named Queen for nothing! When she walks into the room, she immediately garners attention. Her sway …. so much swagger 😊 So light on her feet. She leans up against you and throws her head back to look at you. Smile and all. What a pretty sight <3 Well, all that happens after she excites pees :/ Darn. Buzzkill, I know. She is just so excited to meet new friends, she just can’t help it! Anyways, let’s forget the excite-pee part and focus on other qualities. Queen loves everyone and every dog. Some she plays well with, others she is content to just coexist with. Queen loves to dance. She likes to think that Dancing Queen was written for her. She bounces on her feet, throws her head back a few times as if she was moving to an imaginary rhythm. She is such a wonderful, joyful, well-mannered, structured, sweet girl. She loves to give you kisses. Queen loves toys. She throws a ball around, like flipping them over her head and thinks that is the coolest thing. No overnight accidents for this girl. She sleeps through the night. No fuss. Queen alert barks, but only 1 or 2 woofs. However, if there are other dogs to egg her on, she will give more than 2 woofs. When out in the yard, she likes to do a perimeter walk and then watch over the yard to ensure all is well and safe for her family. Queen isn’t a fan of the crate. She can be left outside as she is not destructive. She just hangs and chills. If you are thinking of a spa day for this diva, she will need an extra pair of hands for a nail trim. She is just too wiggly, can’t sit still. Make sure your pantry is well stocked with peanut butter. She is a huge fan.
Queen is 11 months, old 80lb Akita. She is looking for a home who can fulfill her need for love for human closeness and cuddles. Some outdoor time is great as she is a strong, athletic built. She can keep up on a hike. A home with older children is preferred as when she throws her weight into you, she can easily knock the little ones over.
