Meet Jelly🍭🍬

Jelly was found at Korean City shelter, living alone in a cramped wire cage. He showed no signs of fear toward people, as if he had accepted his abandonment. With lifeless eyes, he simply watched visitors without reacting. Thankfully, he was rescued before the harsh winter arrived.

• With People: He likes his foster fam! He wants to be with the female foster. He is not interested in strangers just sniffing during walks. Also he is not wary of visitors. He doesn't turn on the charm, but he's doing well comfortably. He sniffs at the visors a few times and he tends to relax.
• With Dogs: He got along well with other dogs at the center.

• Potty Training: Prefers outdoor potty. He does her business right after going out. In the house, he only does his business "in front of his bed".
• The foster family hears from friends that they've never seen such a gentle dog before!!❤️ The vet said Jelly is surprisingly gentle, too!
• He's timid and wary, but how well-mannered he is!

** Health issues: According to a vet, Jelly's teeth are in good condition now, but he seems to have been left in bad condition for quite a long time in the past. (ex. gums caved in or a teeth lost) The vet suggested that it's better to pull out the teeth around the gums caved in later

Go meet their pets

All our dogs fly from South Korea to the US when their adoptions are finalized so the adopters cannot go through "meet and greet."
But once applicants pass zoom interview, we will connect adopter to foster team for the most up to date news as well as photos and videos. The adopter can post any questions and can make video call as well.
Please hold our dog's hands so that they can forget about the painful past and live happily.

More about this rescue

ADOGS(Adopt Dogs), a non-profit organization, is an abandoned dog foster/adoption organization launched by an individual volunteer group that has rescued, fostered, adopted dogs since 2018.

We are conducting rescue, foster, adopt from South Korea rural shelter. We also rescue dogs irregularly from illegal dog farms or any other places that need help.
We rescue large and small dogs of all breeds, including dogs with special needs.

Although we can't save all abandoned dogs in the world, we are doing our best to the dogs in front of us so that their lives can be changed like any other pets.

In expanding our search for adoption leads, we’ve broadened our mission: To bring at-risk dogs across the Pacific to loving stateside families.

Due to limited demand for large-breed dogs in Korea, arranging for local adoption has proven almost impossible. Instead, we seek to bring these persecuted dogs to the United States where dogs have a higher chance for adoption and survival.
