My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I adopted JP from a Colorado Foster organization when he was 2 months old. He’s 5 years old now and has been an incredibly sweet, loyal, and friendly companion for our entire time together.

I have to find him a new home because of my constant work travel.

JP’s is an Australian cattle dog mix (Beagle, Catahoula Leopard, Doberman).

He is happiest when he has plenty of time to exercise and run around. This has been a challenge for us as I’ve always lived in an apartment and had a busy work schedule. I

n a new home, I’m hoping for someone who has a yard or space for him to exercise more - and time to see that he gets it! But ultimately, I want someone who will make sure he is cared for and happy.

LOVES people and will develop a connection quickly.

He gets a long with dogs for the most part, but he can be territorial about toys and occasionally plays rough with similar breeds to him.
