My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Hank Jr.! Your New Best Friend is Waiting!
Hank Jr. is a charming 1 year old little guy currently with his foster in Kentucky, but he’s ready to take his freedom ride to New Jersey this December to find his forever home!

Weighing in at about 30 pounds, Hank Jr. is the perfect size for cuddles on the couch or joining you on adventures. He proved himself as an all-around good boy during his recent hike, getting along wonderfully with kids, dogs, and even the resident cats!
Hank Jr. will arrive neutered and up to date on vaccines.

Could Hank Jr. be the one you’ve been searching for? Apply today at www.peace4paws.org/adoption-application from a laptop or computer, and give this sweet pup the loving home he deserves!

Adopt love—adopt Hank Jr.!

More about this rescue

Peace4paws is a 501 (c) 3 non profit public charity centered in Northern New Jersey. Through our foster home system, we are able to support the rehoming and adoption of dogs from kill shelters as well as facilities of research and related fields. Founded in 2007, our initial mission focused on supporting sanctuary and forever homes for animals retired from use in research and related fields. In the past few years we have broadened our scope of rescue. We continue to help our own retired research animals and independent sanctuaries but also save shelter dogs. We are able to do this work through the efforts of our volunteer network and generous donors. Please see our website or facebook page "Peace4Paws" to meet our adoptable dogs, success stories or volunteer opportunities. We organize fundraising events centered around yoga, music, health, or animal friendly activities. We are also involved with student outreach and education. We would love to work with you.
