Hi I’m Hope! I’m a little shy at first but I love to play with my siblings and the other dogs I’ve met! I’m a sweet girl and I would do best in a home with another dog that can help me be comfortable with everything or with someone with time and energy to show me how wonderful this world can be. My momma is about 35lbs. I am the smallest of the litter and I look a lot like my momma, I seem to be on track to be close to her size. SDRD is a state licensed 501(c)3 non-profit no kill dog rescue and group foster home located in Topeka, KS.

It is our goal to network with other local rescues and shelters to save dogs that are at risk for being euthanized due to lack of space.

We are committed to educating the public on responsible pet ownership, the importance of spaying and neutering, along with the dangers of purchasing a dog from a pet store or puppy mill.
