Meet BABY GREY! He is a short-haired, soft grey, male teenager with amazing green eyes....who is no longer a baby! He will snuggle into your cheek when you hold him on your shoulder. He adores people and attention. He is a typical teenager with rambunctious energy and shenanigans that will provide endless entertainment. He is known to jump on your shoulder when you least expect it, which is a very endearing quirk of his. He likes small ring toys and things he can bat across the floor to chase. Anything that moves is fair game! Once he’s tired, he will gaze up at you with hopeful eyes, asking if you’ll pick him up for a snuggle. He is chatty as well, and food is the easiest way to his heart! Baby Grey does love climbing and will need good cat trees and scratchers to keep him entertained, along with a fun-loving family.

BABY GREY has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. He is now at the Eugene-Springfield Cat Lounge, 537 Centennial Blvd, Springfield. Additional adoption info

All potential adopters are required to complete our application and contract. Our contract stipulates the requirements for care of our pets. These documents are available through e-mail or at our adoption events. The documents are reviewed by our staff and together with a face to face interview we explore the potential new home. If all parties agree to the specifics of the contract the dog or cat can go home. Adoption fee varies with age of pet.
All pets are current on vaccinations, health checked by our veterinarian, De-wormed, treated with flea medication, spayed or neutered, and cats are felv/fiv tested.

Our cats can be seen at Petsmart on Chad Drive and on Willamette St, at Petco near Valley River Center and Wags Emporium on Coburg Rd, seven days a week during normal business hours. We do have adoption counselors available on weekends or by appointment or from 12:30-2:30pm, Sat.-Sun.

More about this rescue

Our mission is to provide care and find loving homes for cats and kittens of our community, with a focus on those with special needs. Currently we only work with Cats. We offer temporary housing in foster homes until they can be placed through our adoption process. We have adoption centers within both Petsmarts in Eugene, at Chad Drive, near Costco, and 29th and Willamette; PetCo by Valley River Center and Wags Dog Emporium on Coburg Rd. Cat Rescue & Adoption Network works with humane societies, other animal rescue groups, the public and government animal services agencies to offer them relief from their overpopulation problem. All cats in our custody receive the medical care they need. Cat Rescue & Adoption Network is a non-profit organization. All money raised is used to help Cat Rescue & Adoption Network save as many animal lives as possible.
