What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
I have had Anubis in my care for about five months in hopes that he would be a good addition for my older cats. Born 4/29/22, neutered, microchipped. I took him in from a friend’s friend who needed to rehome him as he was playing rough with her kids, essentially hunting them, biting, and scratching. He hates having his paws handled and being held, and he hunts my two older cats by pinning them to the ground and holding onto their scruff. Unsure if he’ll be able to get the behavior trained out of him, but I recommend him for households with no children or other cats due to this past. Otherwise when alone with adults he likes to cuddle and curl up as close as he can. Very high energy, loves catnip and chasing. Haven’t had the chance to get his shots updated this year, but I have the paperwork from his last owner from the last time he went to the vet. His mom was an indoor/outdoor cat and his dad was feral. I’ll give some toys, bed, and litter box with no rehoming fee.
