My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Velcro was one of many rabbits dumped in a field in Nicasio. Fortunately someone saw them and we were able to get them here before any harm came to them. Velcro was nervous and unsure so we sent her to foster to gain some confidence. Here's what her foster family tells us about her: Velcro will need a very patient family and several weeks to settle in. In our home she is now calmer and not easily startled. She loves a variety of toys especially ones that can be chewed on. She tolerates being petted but like most rabbits, she doesn't enjoy being picked up. Overall Velcro is sweet but still unsure of hands reaching into her space. She needs a quiet/zen type of home. We have seen so much growth in just a few weeks. We imagine in a few more weeks we will see an even more outgoing and more confident bun. After being disposed of in a field Velcro only deserves the best. ***ADOPTION FEE SPONSORED***
