My name is Kenji!

A23446 Kenji is a tan colored, approximately 7-year-old, 21-pound, neutered male, Brussels Griffon mix.
He entered the shelter as an owner surrender on 11-07-2024 due to the fact they cannot afford to have a pet at this time.
Kenji is a friendly, timid and shy boy here at the shelter. Our staff says he is still trying to figure out this shelter environment and why he is here. He is shy and unsure here, walking by the kennels with his tail tucked in. He is going to need a patient owner who will give him time to get comfortable. They say he is not your cuddly lap dog right now. He was easy to leash and well behaved during our walks. The previous owner says he is housebroken and has lived with other dogs, but not cats or children. We would recommend a home with no small children as he is really scared right now and fast movements would only make it worse. Kenji will be a loyal family in his new forever home.
