Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lady, a charming and lively little dog, will be arriving in Minnesota on Friday, November 29th, from a shelter in Missouri. She hasn't had much visibility there, and people have been missing out on her delightful personality. Therefore, she's on her way to Minnesota in hopes of finding her forever home. Lady was discovered alongside Sammi, who will accompany her on this journey.

Lady is a sweet and gentle soul who enjoys playing with other dogs. Having been in the Missouri shelter since August, she is more than ready to leave and embrace the joy of a loving home. She is a snuggle buddy and can be a little more shy than Sammi at first.

Our adoption process involves completing a one-page adoption application. Applications are processed within 48 hours.

Adoption fees for cats/kittens are $130.00. All cats/kittens have been wormed, altered, tested for feline leukemia, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.

Adoption fees for dogs/puppies are $300.00 All dogs/puppies have been wormed, altered, tested for heart worm, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.

We also offer our Senior for Senior program matching senior animals to people over the age of 63. Adoption fees are waived for this program.

More about this rescue

Camp Companion is a 501c3 organization established in 2003.

Based in Rochester MN, the organization is totally driven by volunteers.

Camp Companion is dedicated to providing low-cost spay and neuter services for feral, farm and stray companion animals. The organization is funded solely by donations, fundraisers, grants, and adoption fees. All funds we receive are used for veterinary expenses and the cost of care incurred for the animals waiting for their forever homes.

Through our spay / neuter efforts, we encounter kittens and stray domestic cats that need rescue services and a forever home. We have no shelter, but rely on foster homes to care for these rescued pets. Every animal we offer for adoption is spayed or neutered.
