Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Grace was the result of a litter where my Fathers dog was the Stud. My fathers dog was a Westie Shitzu and the female dog was a friend of mine's dog. The Female was Yorkie with a little bit of Dachshund. Grace was the runt of the litter. She can't currently weight more than 7 lbs. She was very tiny at birth. She was born on May 2010. In the summer of 2015, she jumped off the sofa and injured her spine. It caused her lower half to basically be paralyzed. We got her wheels right away but she hatted them. She did what the vet predicted and became very strong in her upper body to compensate, and so it looks like she is standing when really she is balancing. She can't scratch her ears. She gets very dirty when outside so we have kept her groomed very regularly so she stays clean, She needs bathes weekly. She needs very soft food. and in small portions. The perfect new home would be a person that is home often and LOVES small dogs and loves to have them on your lap.
