What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Gizmo will be two years old in February 2025. He's 12 lbs of love & affection. He is microchipped, neutered, & wants lots of love. He is high energy. He is great with dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, etc. but not children. He stands on his hind legs to get treats & can jump very high. He is food motivated. He is not food aggressive; he will steal the food of others & allow his food to be stolen. He is puppy pad trained but is not yard trained. He’s very smart & could be trained easily. He just happens to like his puppy pads. He is not UTD on shots (they were due 6/24). My elderly dog is bothered by his energy & love of squeaky toys. He also likes to play ball. His toys will come with him. He’d love someone to teach him tricks & play with him.
I am expecting to do a meet & greet and if that is successful, then the he rehoming fee will be to meet at your veterinarian’s office & bring his shots UTD. I am open to him going to a reputable rescue who will also vet him.
