Meet Eliza, a tender-hearted shepherd mix with a soft, shiny coat and a gentle spirit. Despite having only one eye, Eliza is learning to walk confidently on a leash, and even a 6-year-old can manage her walks! She’s eager to learn and gets along well with medium and large dogs. Eliza enjoys her crate, rides calmly in the car, and as a bonus, she doesn’t jump on people.

Her soft coat sheds lightly for a shepherd, making her a low-maintenance beauty. Eliza is ready to bring love and loyalty into a home that will appreciate her sweet and willing nature.

We offer a Foster program for those who would like to provide a temporary home to one in need.

All older puppies (6 mos or more) and adults are fully vetted prior to adoption.

Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue is a NO KILL animal rescue dedicated to providing shelter and loving care (which includes food, veterinary care and any other necessity) for animals that were abused, abandoned, owner surrendered, or destined to be euthanized due to over-crowded shelter conditions. Through the use of foster homes, Proverbs will care for these animals until such time as a good, responsible, loving home can be found for all adoptable animals.
