My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This beautiful 1-year-old brindle girl, weighing only 45 pounds, is the perfect size for many living situations. She came in as a stray and can be a bit shy at first, but she quickly warms up and shows her love for the outdoors and going on walks. She's easy to leash and walks calmly by barking dogs without reacting, making her a pleasure to handle.

This happy girl knows how to sit and takes treats gently, always flashing a great smile! She's on the potty-trained list, as she keeps her kennel clean. She adores belly rubs, cuddles, and playtime, and one volunteer said she's "the purest love you've felt in a long time." Don't miss the chance to meet this sweet and beautiful girl-she's ready to find her forever home!

If you're interested in learning more about Buffy, please reach out to our Volunteer Matchmakers at wcac.matchmaker@gmail.com with the subject line "Buffy 254849."

Buffy is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and will be neutered prior to going home. If you have dogs or cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times.
