Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Coconut is a 10yr old gem with a heart as golden as her toasted marshmallow coat. Though she may take some time to warm up to large spaces, once she feels safe, she’s all about snuggles. She’s a little more cautious and reserved than we first realized and thrives in a calm, quiet environment where she feels secure. She loves to have her own cozy, dark nook to retreat to, where she can nap peacefully but will come out for pets when things are calm. Coconut still has a playful side, she loves spring toys, tassel sticks and scratching posts. She’s very friendly and sweet, however, she would prefer a home without energetic young children or active dogs — she tends to duck away from loud noises but would likely do well with kids who understand her need for a gentle, calm approach. Though she hasn’t yet been directly introduced to other cats in her foster home. She’s shown interest in kitties from a distance and seems curious towards them, so with time and patience, she could adjust to a new feline friend and I think it would do her nervous side good. Coconut’s a bit picky about food but has a soft spot for Fancy Feast Medley blends and can’t resist delectable tube treats. She’s fully litter box trained and makes the sweetest little squeak meows when she’s curious, exploring, or asking for attention. If you’re looking for a low-maintenance sweetheart, Coconut is waiting for you! She’s ready to settle into loving home where she can truly relax and shine!
