After his rescue, he received a much-needed bath from his finder, and he handled it like a champ! Woody has also shown that he can be a good boy in a crate, showcasing his readiness for a loving indoor home. Woody absolutely adores human attention and affection. He might feel a bit shy around other dogs since he hasn’t had much experience with them yet. But don’t worry! He’s not aggressive at all—just needs a little guidance and socialization to help him feel more at ease. When he spots other dogs, he might get a little vocal, but with some patience and gentle introductions, we’re confident he’ll learn how to be a great playmate! This sweet boy is motivated by treats, making training a fun and easy experience. Our adoption fee includes the initial rabies vaccination, deworming, the initial distemper combo vaccination (for dogs, this vaccination includes parvo) and having the pet spayed/neutered and a microchip. The fee for dogs is $80 and for cats is $65. There are times that we are running specials for adoptions, if you have any questions feel free to call. When adopting you will have to provide a government issued ID and be able to sign an adoption agreement.
