Hi friends! My name is Leo and I’m a 1-1 1/2 year old 13.6 pound black mini poodle. My foster pawrents rescued me from the euthanasia list and I couldn’t be happier about it! I have some quirks from a previous life and need a bit of training and attention but I’m a very sweet boy at heart. I’m willing to learn and I’m already housebroken! I sleep in the crate at night and stay there when I’m not supervised but also love to snuggle on the couch and in bed with my people and fur sisters. I have quite a bit of puppy energy so I’m looking for an active family/person who will take me on walks and toss the tennis ball for me. I LOVE tennis balls. I may take a bit to warm up to people but once you earn my trust, I’ll give you all the kisses. I get along great with my medium and large fosters sisters (dogs) but could also thrive as a single pet. Apply to meet me today!

Adoptions are scheduled after a successful meet and greet with an official 405 Animal Rescue adoption counselor via our scheduling link.

405 Animal Rescue is an Oklahoma City, Oklahoma-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. An estimated 11 million cats and dogs are killed in United States shelters each year. Our organization strives to help beat those odds as much as possible by rescuing animals off death-row and euthanasia, rescuing unwanted animals, promoting spay and neuter, microchipping to increase the return-to-owner rate, socialize and rehabilitate mentally and physically abused animals, and much more.
