Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Snow White (Seven Dwarves NOT Included)
Breed: Australian Shepherd mix
Rescue: Albert's Dog Lounge
Age: Senior
Weight: 67 lbs
Fun fact: I am often mistaken for Nana from Peter Pan
Foster home: Edgar, WI
Activity level: Low
Friendly with: Dog, but like the rest of us, prefers them on the quieter side. Fine with cats
Sleep style: Snuggled in a too small chair
Meals: Good quality kibble for my bladder stones
Snore-o-meter: 0
Bark-o-meter: 1
Shedding meter: 10
Favorite season: Winter, because she has lots the most glorious coat and likes to show it off
Personality: Laid back, sweet, and curious
Best feature: She is the sweetest, calmest dog. If you smile at her and tell her what a good girl she is, she smiles back and wags her tail and comes to you for pets.
Walkout Song: Queen, we are the champions. because she has overcome living outside, having a huge bladder stone that went unnoticed until she got here, and through it all she is sweet as pie. She has thrived in spite of humans
Signature color: Camo, because I am a Wisconsin girl now! And I love me some casual Friday! I am laaaaaaid back.
Signature move: horseback riding. because she could feel the wind blow through her glorious lion mane
Needs: Someone who is patient with my dislike of brushing, and who will make sure that my bladder stone doesn't come back to bother me!
Loves: Mealtime, car rides, lazy Sundays, socializing, pets & lounging in a cozy spot
Spayed
Microchipped
Walks well on a leash
Excellent car rider
Would do well in a crate if it were big enough for her to lie down and stretch out
UTD on vaccinations
UTD on preventatives
Housebroken - Yes

Our adoption process begins with a completed application. From there, we will review references and vet records. The next step is a home visit with your family. This visit may be in person or virtual. At that point, if approved, we will set up a meet and greet with available dogs.
All dogs have an adoption fee of $275 for a single dog or $500 for (bonded) pair, unless otherwise noted.
Note: Pairs must be adopted at the same time to get the reduced adoption fee.
-Applications with incomplete information will not be processed.
- All current dogs in the home must be spayed or neutered, up to date on rabies vaccination, up to date on DHLPP, up to date on Heartworm testing and preventative.
- All cats in the home must be spayed or neutered and up to date on a rabies vaccination or wellness exam.
- None of our dogs will be adopted to prospective owners who mislead or fail to provide accurate information on the adoption application and/or the adoption contract. Albert's Dog Lounge reserves the right to refuse adoption to anyone.
- You must agree that if you are no longer able to keep your rescue dog for whatever reason, the dog will be returned to Albert's Dog Lounge. The adopter must agree to never attempt to sell or rehome the dog at any point.
Our goal is to place our seniors into permanent, loving homes for the rest of their golden years.
