My name is Rita!

Meet Rita
Rita is about 9 months old, weighs 17 pounds and is a typical happy, playful puppy! She has the absolute best ears EVER !! Her markings are also so unique. She has short little legs and is an adorable low rider.

She is very sweet, friendly and as you can see in the video, enjoys exploring and playing. She was rescued with her mom Reba and sister Riley from a shelter near the border of Mexico. We are so happy they are all safe with us.

We can see Rita doing well in a home where she can get lots of attention and playtime with his family. She is curious, has a fun personality and is very smart. She enjoys playing with his toys and the other dogs here at the shelter. She is just a fun-loving puppy who can’t wait to find a home of her own!

She would be a wonderful, loyal companion to grow up in just about any family environment.

Rita is located in at our rescue in Hondo, Texas and is available for transport to St Augustine, FL on December 21st. She is spayed, up to date on all shots, microchipped and her adoption fee is $450. The fee includes the transport cost.
