My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Location: Langdon, AB. Age: Approx 5 years old.

Meet Jelly Bean, a sweet and gentle Chihuahua looking for her forever home! This lower-energy girl enjoys leisurely walks, though she's not a fan of cold weather or snow. She's a perfect walking companion, strolling nicely on a leash. Jelly Bean is incredibly well-behaved when left alone, happily retreating to her crate without a fuss. She's a social butterfly with other dogs, getting along famously with her canine pals. While she hasn't had much experience with children, her quiet nature suggests she'd do best with calmer, older kids. She's mostly house-trained, though the colder months and snow sometimes lead to accidents. Car rides are a favorite pastime for this cuddly girl, who loves nothing more than snuggling up for some quality cuddle time. Jelly Bean is dreaming of a peaceful and loving home where she can receive plenty of affection and enjoy the simple pleasures of life. Could that home be yours?

If you think your home would be a good match for Jelly Bean, please complete an adoption application on our website and one of our team members will be in touch with you shortly via email to arrange a phone interview.

Go meet their pets

We do not host adoption events. We do bring some of our dogs to fundraisers to meet potential adopters who then must complete the full adoption process.

More about this rescue

We are a small foster based rescue who focuses on helping areas of overpopulation and dogs in desperate situations. We are run by dedicated volunteers and generally only have a handful of dogs in care at one time so we can focus on exactly what they need to feel better and find a loving home.
