My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Us volunteers have no idea why sweet Stheno is still at the shelter! Stheno knows most of her basic commands and is one of the dogs marked as “easy” to handle in our training log, yet she has been here since Halloween! Her kennel always appears clean, and she has good manners - some mild leash pulling, but no jumping or getting overexcited when meeting new people! Come check out this beautiful girl!

Adoption Hours
Monday through Friday - 11:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Saturdays - 2nd and 4th Saturday - Open Noon until 3:00 p.m.
An ID is Required to Adopt or bring in a pet.
Our adoption fee includes spay/neuter, microchipping, first round of shots, rabies tag/vaccine, health exam, deworming, flea/tick treatment. All seniors 65 and over the adoption fee is discounted.

Located just off I-74 in Tilton. Take G street exit turn right. Go to stop light and take a right. We are located 1/4 mile down the road on the right across from Vermilion Manor Nursing Home.
