Cartie is a very loving active and playful dog. I purchased him as a baby before entering into the military. My mother has fostered him for two years, I have recently been released from active duty on disability and the apartment I am renting does not allow big dogs. Please help me find him a good home for Cartie. He deserves it. Thank you.
