HI - I'M CHARM! I'm a sweet and playful 1-year-old Lab-Boxer mix in need of a foster or forever home! I was rescued from an overcrowded California shelter, and originally came from a hoarding case. I'm a happy girl who loves people and other dogs. I weigh only about 50 lbs and would make a great dog for an active single person, a couple or a family with older kids. I would do well with another dog in the home. Please email for an application.

We have an extensive application and spend time with potential applicants to make sure we match people with the right dogs. We also have a 100% return policy as we understand sometimes adoptions just do not work out.

Freedom Ride Rescue Inc. is an active 501(c)(3) animal rescue based in Ventura, Calif. We rescue dogs and cats primarily from overcrowded California shelters, and do our best to find wonderful homes for them. We also take in many owner surrenders every year. We adopt dogs to people in many states, and have a high success rate with our adoptions. We do our best to match people with the right dogs.
