Wazoo came to us from the Orange County Animal Shelter in July. We were looking for a young adult cat to play with our other young cat, as we have three senior cats that are too old to play with her. Wazoo was already fully grown and completely intact when OCAS caught and neutered him. A little shy at first but warms up quick. The shelter estimated he was about 2, but my vet says he is closer to 1. He is a very sweet boy when he is not around other cats. The problem is that he hunts our senior cats and has injured one of them. We have been keeping them separated with short supervised visits. However, our seniors have basically been living under the bed for the past 4 months since we got him. We have tried everything and he still wants to hunt them. It breaks my heart to re-home him, but it is not fair to my three senior cats.
He is good around kids, not sure about dogs. Best for a family that does not have other cats. He is up to date on all his shots.
