My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey there, I’m Bruce! Around here, they call me the life of the party, and at 70 pounds of muscle and love, I’m looking for a strong owner who can match my energy. I’m a playful, fun-loving guy who thrives on engagement—I love to stay busy and entertained! If you’re familiar with the classic bully breed "wiggle," you’re in for a treat because it’s my signature move! I just can’t help but express my excitement for life through my whole body.

At 5 years old, I’ve already mastered “Sit,” and my handler calls me a genius because I’m so eager to learn more. Training is one of my favorite things, and I’d love a home where I can continue working on my skills. Right now, the shelter environment can be tough for me—there’s just not enough mental stimulation, and I can get pent up. But in a home, with structure and engagement, I know I’ll be a much more relaxed and happy pup.

I’m a total snuggle bug with adults and love spending time with my people. However, I prefer to be the only animal in the home—I’m a superstar, and trust me, I’m more than enough dog to fill your heart and home with love! I’ll need a firm, consistent handler to help me reach my full potential, and in return, I’ll be your most loyal and loving companion.
