Meet the Cats of Gettysburg at the Kitty Corner by Forever Love Rescue
NEEDS A QUIET LOVING HOME
Meow! My name is Hope. My estimated date of birth is 4/17/2017. Recently, the vet office my old owner saw contacted forever love requesting for me to be taken in. My owner had decided she did not want me anymore because I had a few accidents. It turned out I had a few bladder stones that needed and were removed. I wish my old owner had understood.. I couldn't help it that I was having accidents. Since coming to forever love I have healed nicely from my surgery, I am very neat and have excellent litter box manners, and my body has responded well to being on C/D urinary dry food (I do not prefer wet food). I am beginning to let my guard down and have became more trusting of the volunteers here, but am feeling a bit sad and upset here..rescue life is stressful to me and I miss living in a home. I am waiting patiently for the day a kind adopter walks by my cage and does not mind that I am a senior kitty or eats special kitty food; someone who will love me as I am and give me my forever home.
Meet the #CatsOfGettysburg - Apply to adopt at bit.ly/AdoptFLR and we will help you find the purr-fect kitty for your family! Visit dozens of our adoptable cats and kittens at our Kitty Corner adoption center 39 Queen St in historic Gettysburg PA on any Saturday or Sunday from 11am-3pm. All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many that are not posted yet. Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives. No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so). We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.
We are always in need of donations to help us continue to save hundreds of cats and kittens every year. Visit bit.ly/DonateFLR for more info. Be sure to check us out on Facebook at bit.ly/KittyCornerFB and "LIKE" our page and share our posts!
