Hello, I'm Silvestre. My days are filled with boundless energy and playfulness. I love a good game of chase the laser light, and I'm always up for a cuddle session. I've got a sweet and friendly nature that makes me a joy to be around. Sure, I have Feline Leukemia, but don't let that scare you. I will still be the loving and playful kitten. It doesn't slow me down one bit. I'm still the same cuddly, energetic furball I've always been. I believe every day is a new adventure, and I'm looking for a forever home where I can share my love and zest for life. Adopt me and let's make beautiful memories together.

Founded in 1971 as the Animal Aid Society of Englewood, Suncoast Humane Society began with a few cages where people left stray animals to be cared for. Over the years, our service area has grown to include over 400 square miles, covering three counties: Sarasota, Charlotte and portions of Lee.
Suncoast Humane Society provides a safe refuge for thousands of lost, abandoned and abused animals from our service area each year. We are committed to our open-door policy of never turning any animal away, regardless of health, temperament, breed or circumstances.
