Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi everyone. My name is Max and my dad crossed the human Rainbow Bridge so I came to SOCKS to get fixed up so I can find my new forever home.
I’m about 6-1/2 years old and weigh a solid 38 pounds. My shots are up-to-date. I’ve had my teeth cleaned, neutered, microchipped and I’m heartworm negative. Im also on monthly Heartworm and flea preventative. Yay! I’m all ready to go.
I’m a sweet boy who enjoys exploring and running in a fenced yard. I LOVE going for walks and first one at the door, ready to go. I’ll be there to greet you when you come home, too. Softer squeaky toys are my favorite. I’m basically potty trained. But if you wait too long to let me outside, I might have an accident. I LOVE going for walks. I’ll talk to you to let you know when someone is at the door and softly when I’m needing your attention. I LOVE to go for walks. I like to lay on the sofa near my foster mom or dad. I keep a pretty close eye on my foster mom.
I get along fine with my foster fur brothers but may bark at other dogs on those walks that I LOVE to go on. I’ve not really been around cats, only to see them on walks. They do catch my attention. My foster mom is working with me on some commands. Treats motivate me. And did I tell you, I LOVE to go on walks. ❤️
*****If you think you would like to have me as your best Buddy submit an application at saveourcockerspaniels.org. My adoption fee is $350.******
SOCKS adopts to families in Florida, Georgia, Southern Alabama, and southeastern Mississippi. If you are out of the state of Florida, you would need to travel to Florida to complete your adoption. Please note that we do check vet references, and your current pets must be up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing, and be able to provide proof of purchase of heartworm prevention. All dogs and cats in your home must be spayed or neutered. We will not set up a meet and greet until your application has been received, reviewed, and approved. Adoptions are not done on a first come, first served basis. We will accept applications and then screen all and choose the best match. Only approved applicants will be contacted.
