My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gale Weathers is a sweet and loving Calico cutie who is ready to charm her way into your heart! After thriving in a wonderful foster home, she's now on the hunt for her forever family.

This affectionate girl has a purr that never quits and adores spending time with her favorite humans. Gale is also a playful spirit who loves interactive play and having fun with her kitty friends. She's the perfect mix of snuggles and silliness!

If you're looking for a loving companion and a forever friend, Gale Weathers is your match made in heaven. Come meet her today!

More about this shelter

Founded in 1941 by the third female graduate from Cornell University’s College of Veterinary Medicine, SAVE is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit animal shelter dedicated to protecting the health and welfare of homeless companion animals in the greater Princeton area and beyond. Through six core programs of Rescue, Shelter, Health and Welfare, Spay/Neuter, Foster and Adoption.

The SAVE shelter facility has the capacity to house upwards of 100 animals at a time (approximately 75 cats and 25 dogs). The shelter exceeds no-kill benchmark standards and ensures that adoptable animals facing adversity are given a lifeline, a chance to flourish, and the promise of a better tomorrow.
