Meet the Pet
This helps The Rescue Crew with pet care costs.
Hellooooo people! My name is Norman and I came to my foster home after being on my own for two weeks. As you can imagine, that was a scary and uncertain time for me. But now? I’m enjoying all the loving and pets my foster parents are giving me!
I currently live with three smaller dogs and two cats. I haven't shown much interest in toys so far so I might need a patient person to teach me about them. While I do play with my foster dog siblings, being around people is my favorite! And although I don't live with children, my foster parents think I'd do well with kids 7+.
I am still working on my house training. My foster parents put this weird thing on me they call a “belly band” while I’m getting the hang of this whole potty-training thing. But when I wear the band, I get free roam of the house while they are gone. I also sleep in my kennel at night…. with no accidents. Points for me!
My foster parents say I have pretty good leash skills and walk nicely. I think that’s good, right? But they also say I can get a little tangled up and I would do best with a harness. I think that’s not good though, right? When I'm hanging out at home, I love being on the couch with a soft blanket. My foster mom works from home and she tells me that I'm a great co-worker! I try to attend meetings with her, but she says NO. Humph!
Norman is a precious little man who needs a dedicated person to love and to call his own. In return he will give you quiet companionship, snuggles, and all his loyalty. If you are a looking for a sweet boy, look no further! Norman is waiting
If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please an Adoption Request Form. This is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract. To learn more about The Rescue Crew adoption process and the care our foster animals receive, please visit our Adoption Process page on our official website.
All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.
The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Application prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care. For the most complete information regarding this animal, and all of our adoptable pets, please ensure you are visiting our website directly at www.RescueCrew.org. You can also access the necessary online adoption application here as well. Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown.
