SISTER, SISTER COME AND PLAY!
These silver gray, emerald eyed beauties have seen some hard times. They were surrendered to a municipal animal shelter by the people they loved and trusted. Their days would have been numbered if someone did not step up to help them. When they came to Sunshine's Friends, they were shy and had crate depression. In their foster home, they have started to show their true personality.
Bella is the friendlier of the two sisters. She enjoys playtime and loves balls with bells in them, feather toys, and toys on strings to chase. She seems to be okay with large dogs and is not reactive when slowly introduced. She chooses to sleep in higher places - the top of the cat tower or in a cat bed on top of a dresser.
Brea is more shy and cautious at first. She will hide when startled by sudden movements or loud noises. But she loves attention and to be petted. She loves to look out the windows, especially if they are cracked for some fresh air, and seems to really enjoy birds and small mammals on Cat TV. She tends to sleep behind the couch but has also grown to sleep on the couch.
These girls will occasionally play with each other, chase and pounce. When they are comfortable with their new home and people, they will talk to you a little but are not overly chatty. Both girls have great litter habits.
With time, love, and patience, these sisters will come out of their shell in their new home and flourish. Once they warm up, they will seek out attention and affection.
