Meet Maverick! Maverick is a five-year-old Maltese mix looking for a new home. We are courtesy listing him for his family, who feels they no longer have time for him and his fur-sibling and are looking to re-home them. We are hoping to help Maverick and his fur-sister find new homes before they have to go to the shelter. They do not need to be adopted together, but if you are looking for a "big Mac, small fry" type of duo, check out Maverick's big sister, Kevin (yes, it's a girl!). Now some more about Maverick! Maverick is clearly adorable, but he's also a great dog. His family says he is "very loving and will lay and hang out with you all day". Maverick is house-trained, leash-trained, and sleeps in a crate/kennel at night. He rides well in the car and already knows some basic commands. He loves toys and play-wrestling with his buddy Kevin. He could potentially do well with your dog at home too, and would love to meet them. Honestly, Maverick sounds like pretty much the perfect little dog!
