Why I need a new home

Landlord permission issues

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I adopted Ace a little over a year ago at the animal shelter. He is around 2 years old and still very energetic. My landlord no longer accepts pets on the property and I am unable to afford a living situation that allows pets so I am looking for someone with a medium/large space for ace to run around and expel his energy. He is very loving and loyal, however he needs to be trained to be less destructive when he is left alone. I hope someone will take ace into their home and give him a wonderful life.
