My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Tina. I'm a sweet and independent kitten who loves exploring and romping around. I like to play on my own, but I also like to roll around with my siblings and even the resident cat. I'm easy to please with a string or a wand. I also enjoy playing hide and seek and being chased (but sometimes my foster parent doesn't know that I'm playing). When I've exhausted myself from all my adventures, I crawl on my foster parent's lap to cuddle. I have a gentle purr and a sweet little meow that I use whenever I want to be picked up (which is often).

Can't wait to go to my furrever home!

Kittens need buddies! We require that kittens be adopted with a sibling or go to a home that already has another young companion animal. If you already have a young animal or another kitten in your home, great! If not, Tina Catnard will need to be adopted with one of their siblings (Shane McCatcheon, Alice Piezscratchy, Bette Purrter and Jenny Schectpurr).

The adoption fee for a kitten is $250. For a pair, the adoption fee is $500.

Note: Kittens must be 10+ weeks old before they can go home.

Additional adoption info

If you’re thinking about adding a kitten or two to your family, a Bitty Kitty is a great choice! Kittens who have been bottlefed tend to be extra friendly and snuggly!

By adopting a kitten from the Bitty Kitty Brigade, you’ll be supporting our no-kill organization and making room for us to take in another orphan kitten.

All of our cats receive high-quality veterinary care and exams. Prior to adoption, all of our kittens are:

FeLV/FIV tested
spayed/neutered
treated for external and internal parasites
microchipped
FVRCP (distemper) vaccinated

Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply to an adoption inquiry.

More about this rescue

The Bitty Kitty Brigade is a foster-based rescue for orphaned neonatal kittens in the Twin Cities, MN and surrounding areas.

Our mission is:
To provide care for orphaned neonatal kittens and to partner with animal rescue organizations and impound facilities to improve survival rates within the neonatal kitten population.

The Bitty Kitty Brigade provides care for kittens ages 0-6 weeks who are without mothers and not yet eating on their own. Once weaned, the kittens are either transferred to one of our partner no-kill organizations or transferred to another caregiver within our organization where they will be cared for until adoption age.
