Meet Trip, a medium-energy, FIV-positive kitty with a people-centered heart and a playful, adventurous spirit! Despite his rough start and being a three-legged wonder, Trip doesn’t let anything hold him back. This handsome tripod is still discovering his favorite things, but string toys and fetch have already made it to the top of his list. He’s a curious explorer, always eager to see what’s going on, but he’s not one to get into mischief. Mostly, he just wants to keep an eye on his human—especially if that means helping out at your keyboard or curling up nearby for a well-earned nap.

Trip’s true charm lies in his loving personality. He’s the type to sit in your lap or spoon with you on the couch all day if you’ll let him. He loves sitting in the window to watch the world go by, especially the birds, and he’ll be your loyal nighttime buddy, sleeping at the foot of your bed to ensure sweet dreams. Although he doesn’t adore being picked up, he’s more than happy to give lots of kisses and snuggle close. And his love for affection doesn’t stop there—he’s even known to give little licks to help his human “stay clean” after an ear scratch session!
