Meet Tilly!

Tilly is a gentle and sweet three-year-old pup weighing just 12 pounds. She may be extremely shy when you first meet her, but after about three days, she’ll become your new best friend and the ultimate lap dog!

Tilly gets along well with other dogs, though she feels most comfortable around calm and low-energy companions. Her quiet and serene nature makes her the perfect fit for a peaceful home.

More about this rescue

Friends of Orange County's Homeless Pets (FOCHP) is a licensed 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

The mission of our organization is to make homeless and unwanted pets in Orange
County more adoptable and provide them
the opportunity to find lifelong families. This mission will be accomplished with training, grooming services, veterinary services and rescue. This program is designed to promote the adoption of shelter animals, thus reducing the number of adoptable animals that are euthanized in the Orange County shelters.
