Meet Ringo!

Ringo is a 16-pound, 1.5-year-old male French Bulldog with a heart full of love and a playful spirit. This sweet boy is in good health and doesn't have any special needs. He's currently working on his potty training and is doing well when taken out regularly. At night, he uses a pee pad in an enclosed area like a pro.

Ringo is a social pup who gets along well with other dogs and even cats-though he might need the occasional reminder not to chase them. He's a friendly, energetic, and easy-going companion who adores being with his family. Whether it's cuddling on the couch or playing in the yard, Ringo thrives on love and attention.

He enjoys car rides and walks, and does pretty well on a leash. He knows basic commands like "sit," "leave it," and "gentle," and is working on "stay." Though he's great with stairs, his hind legs can sometimes be a bit slow, causing him to tumble down a step or two, so a home with few stairs may be best for him.

Ringo's playful puppy side shines through in his love for chewing on sticks and stuffies, chasing balls (he's still learning the "bring it back" part), and wrestling gently with your arm. He can be a little mouthy, but he listens to "gentle" and is improving every day. Ringo also has a mischievous streak-he loves to playfully run away when it's time for bed or a potty break, adding a dash of fun to your routine.

Ringo's ideal family will be one that showers him with cuddles, playtime, and plenty of love. He would do best in a home where he can be the center of attention and your little shadow.

If you're looking for a loyal, loving, and playful companion, Ringo might just be the perfect match. Could you be Ringo's forever family?

Additional adoption info

Adoption fees are based on the breed, health, age, and behavioral status of each dog. All dogs are microchipped, spayed or neutered, vaccinated, flea/worm treated and have had a wellness exam before becoming adoptable. If you are interested in adopting a BHNW dog, please fill out the online application. If you are matched to the dog you are interested in or another dog in our program, you will be contacted by the foster family. Prior to adopting, there is a mandatory home evaluation to ensure your home and family are ready for that dog. We require a contract for all adoptions and there is a two-week trial to ensure a good match. If for any reason you can no longer care for the dog you adopted from us, that dog must be returned to our program.
