Doodle Doo is a gentle, 1 1/2-year-old female dog with a sweet and shy personality. Initially timid, she needs a little time to feel comfortable, but once she warms up, she's a true sweetheart. Doodle Doo knows how to sit, takes treats gently, and adores belly rubs and cuddles. She's on the potty-trained list, keeping her kennel clean and tidy. With a slow, patient approach, you'll be rewarded with her affectionate nature. She enjoys going for walks, making her a lovely companion for someone who can give her the time and love she needs to blossom. Come meet Doodle Doo and see if she's the right match for you!
During playgroups, Doodle Do was standing stiffly, like a statue. She didn't really want to interact with any other dog but was fine as long as they left her alone. Perhaps she has not been with many other dogs before so slow introductions will be necessary for her to feel comfortable and build trust.
Doodle Do should not go to a home with livestock, such as chickens.
If you're interested in learning more about her, please reach out to our volunteer matchmakers at wcac.matchmaker@gmail.com with the subject line "Doodle Do 254662".
She is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and will be spayed prior to going home. If you have dogs or cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times. Primary Color: White Secondary Color: Black Weight: 48 Age: 1yrs 7mths 0wks
