Meet our Thanksgiving litter, who may be a bit shy at first, but have hearts full of love and snuggles once they feel comfortable. These gentle little ones are still adjusting to the world around them, but with patience and kindness, they quickly warm up and will happily curl up in your lap for a cuddle session. Though they may take their time to fully open up, their affectionate nature shines through as they bond with their humans. They’re looking for a calm and patient home where they can continue to grow and feel safe. If you’re willing to give these precious kittens the time they need to come out of their shells, you’ll be rewarded with a loyal, cuddly companion who will make your heart melt with every purr.

THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO ADOPT FROM WRIGHT-WAY RESCUE: OPTION ONE: RESERVE A PET IN ADVANCE by filling out an online application at https://wright-wayrescue.org/adoption-application-page - Our typical turnaround time for applications is within 48 hours. - An email will be sent to you once your application is approved. This email will include instructions on how to proceed with our reservation process. - Please note: The location listed in an animal`s profile does not indicate where the animal is available for adoption. Almost all of our adoptions are carried out at our Morton Grove facility.
OPTION TWO: COME INTO THE ADOPTION CENTER AND MEET THEM ALL! The adoption center is located at 5915 W Lincoln Ave in Morton Grove, IL 60053. It is open Thursday & Friday, 4 pm-8 pm and Saturday & Sunday, 11 am-5 pm.

Potential homes should be willing to fill out an online application, or one in person at our event. We interview new adopters and place pets based on their needs and the suitability of the adoptive home. We do take "reservations" on our animals prior to our events with an approved application/ reference check.

We concentrate our efforts on animals whose temperament best suite the needs of the average "family" adopter. All animals come up to date on medical care, and with 30 days of free pet insurance.
