Hi! My name is Amber! I’m a funny and entertaining girl. I am curious about all things! I love to play and hide my toys. I get along with other kitties. I like to hang out and play with them. My foster thinks it’s possible I might get along with dogs for the same reasons. I am currently being fostered with Oceania and we are great friends (the other cat in some of my photos listed). I would LOVE to be adopted with her if you are looking to add two kitties to your home!!!
I was a little bit scared of people when I first moved into my foster’s home, but I have recently felt brave and started going up to her for pets. I talk to her and purr to say hi. I think I'm really beginning to enjoy human company. My foster loves when I talk to her. Now I even let her pick me up and reward her with purrs and snuggles. I think I could get used to this!
I’m looking forward to moving into my forever home to keep working on my people skills and funny antics.
Amber is from an owner surrender. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract.
To learn more about Ruff Start’s adoption process and the care our foster animals receive, please visit our How to Adopt page.
If you are unable to adopt but want to help this animal and others in our care, you can donate to support the medical and veterinary needs of all Ruff Start Rescue animals.
